We have experienced many unexpected changes during this time. For many of us, anxiety and stress are at a high level, and it is more important than ever to take care of our mental health. In this presentation, we explore stress and its impact on our health. We will also share strategies on how to handle stress, feel more capable and present in our work and daily life.
